SlimGenix reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion if we suspect the products may be used for purposes other than research.
2. Research Use Only
All peptides and research materials sold by SlimGenix are for laboratory research purposes only.
They are not intended for human or animal consumption, nor for use as:
- Food additives
- Drugs or pharmaceuticals
- Cosmetics or personal care products
- Veterinary products
- Dietary or performance-enhancing supplements
Purchasing from SlimGenix constitutes your agreement that these materials will only be handled by qualified, trained professionals familiar with laboratory safety and research practices.
3. Buyer’s Responsibilities
By purchasing from SlimGenix, you represent and warrant that:
- You are familiar with all applicable Philippine laws and regulations concerning the purchase, possession, and use of research peptides.
- You understand the health and safety hazards associated with the handling of such materials.
- You are qualified to handle, test, and store these materials safely.
- You assume full legal responsibility for the products once they are delivered to you.
SlimGenix shall not be held liable for any misuse, negligence, or unlawful activity involving its products.
4. Liability and Indemnification
Under no circumstances shall SlimGenix or its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products.
By purchasing from SlimGenix, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless SlimGenix, its owners, and employees from all claims, losses, damages, or liabilities resulting from your possession, handling, or use of the products, whether used alone or in combination with other substances.
5. Product Legality and Importation
SlimGenix operates exclusively within the Philippines. Buyers outside the country must ensure compliance with their local importation and customs regulations before placing an order.
SlimGenix does not guarantee that its products are legal in jurisdictions outside the Philippines. Any customs or import-related issues are solely the buyer’s responsibility. Once an order leaves our facility, SlimGenix is not liable for delays, seizures, or rejections by customs.
6. Refund Policy
SlimGenix implements a strict no-return and no-cancellation policy.
However, in exceptional cases, SlimGenix may issue a refund of up to 50% of the total payment, subject to review and approval.
Refunds may only be processed if the issue is reported within 7 business days from the delivery date and accompanied by clear photographic evidence of the problem (e.g. damaged packaging or incorrect item).
Shipping fees and other associated costs are non-refundable. SlimGenix does not cover refunds for incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
7. Product Quality Assurance
SlimGenix guarantees that all peptides are manufactured and stored under strict quality control standards.
Buyers may independently verify product quality through a licensed testing facility. However, SlimGenix does not provide certification or guarantee that its products are approved by regulatory agencies for human or veterinary use.
8. Affiliate Program Terms
By joining the SlimGenix Affiliate Program, you agree to the following:
- SlimGenix reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account that violates program rules without prior notice.
- Commissions may be withheld if any breach or misuse is discovered.
- Affiliates may not use or target brand-specific keywords (e.g., “SlimGenix”) in paid advertising campaigns (PPC/SEO).
- Affiliates cannot earn commissions from their own purchases.
- Discount code or coupon websites are strictly prohibited.
SlimGenix may modify these affiliate terms at any time without prior notice.
9. Legal Notice
All content provided on the SlimGenix website — including articles, blogs, or videos — is for informational and educational purposes only. None of our products are promoted or sold as medicines, supplements, or cosmetic items.
By purchasing from SlimGenix, you acknowledge that research chemicals are not dietary supplements and agree to use them in accordance with all applicable laws.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved through proper legal channels within Philippine jurisdiction.
